Role overview

Host/Hostess role for Sui Mui in Dubai Marina.

Full-time, non-management position in Food and Beverage and Culinary.

The role focuses on guest service and creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set tables and coordinate with the kitchen.
  • Interact with and serve guests, and make transactions part of the guest experience.
  • Clean work areas and supplies.
  • Read and visually verify menu information.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional appearance and communication.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Physical requirements

  • Work requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience listed; no license or certification listed.
