Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Manage the restaurant entrance and ensure guests are attended to promptly upon arrival.
- Check reservations, confirm guest details, and manage the reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
- Manage the waiting list and provide accurate estimated waiting times.
- Coordinate with waiters, supervisors, and restaurant management regarding table availability and guest flow.
- Monitor table status and ensure efficient seating according to the restaurant seating plan.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, services, and facilities.
- Respond professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception or host stand and ensure the entrance area presents a professional appearance.
- Assist with guest preferences, special occasions, VIP guests, and special seating requests.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods and assist with other Front of House duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Host/Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations professional, or in a similar Front of House role is preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple guests and requests efficiently.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems or POS systems is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak restaurant hours.

Pay
- Monthly pay is SAR 2,500 to SAR 3,000.
