Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, work surfaces, preparation areas, equipment, utensils, sinks, shelves, and storage areas.
- Keep food preparation and production areas hygienic throughout the shift and regularly sanitize high-touch areas.
- Collect and dispose of waste properly, empty garbage bins, and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Clean staff areas, washing areas, and other assigned facilities.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and follow procedures that prevent cross-contamination.
- Report spills, damaged equipment, hygiene concerns, pests, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment, refill sanitation supplies, and complete assigned checklist tasks.
- Support the kitchen team with cleaning duties during busy production periods.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience as a kitchen cleaner, cleaner, steward, dishwasher, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in a central kitchen, restaurant, catering, hotel, or food-production environment is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation is required.
- Candidates must be able to follow cleaning instructions and safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- The role requires physical fitness for standing, walking, bending, and lifting during working hours.
- Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and demonstrate teamwork, communication, reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required when needed.

Pay
- Pay is 2,500 to 3,000 Saudi riyals per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the assigned central kitchen.
