Position summary
Greet guests, determine party size, seat guests, and provide assistance in the dining rooms.
Guest and dining room service
- Arrange seating and dining room furniture, including for groups with special needs; ensure complete, clean place settings.
- Check menus and maintain clean work areas throughout the day.
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Communicate professionally, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and respond to guest and employee concerns.
Qualifications
- Preferred education: high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required; no license or certification is listed.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time, non-management position at The St. Regis Residence, Marsa Arabia Island, Doha.
- The position is not remote.
