Support efficient order fulfillment and customer service by picking, packing and delivering items accurately.
Maintain clear communication and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Plan merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives.
- Produce store layout plans and maintain shelves and inventory.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and current promotions.
- Process sales using cash registers, scanners or POS systems.
- Accept cash, bank cards, food stamps and coupons, and process payments according to company procedures.
- Calculate discounts, apply special offers, issue receipts, and process refunds, credits, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain sufficient change, balanced cash registers and accurate transaction records.
- Bag, box or wrap merchandise as needed and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Supermarket or retail experience is preferred.
- Product knowledge, commercial awareness, analytical and numerical skills, and communication skills are sought.
- Candidates should be able to cope with pressure, work independently and lead a small team.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 2,400 per month.
