Customer service coordinator role focused on customer support and the customer loyalty program.
Customer loyalty
- Explain the loyalty card program to employees and customers.
- Support store managers, cashiers, and merchandisers with technical issues and complaints.
- Develop reporting on sales, app performance, registrations, and fraud prevention.
- Upload and monitor loyalty rewards, offers, and vouchers in the ERP system.
- Promote app downloads in stores, assist with registration, and update the membership database.
- Identify in-store loyalty offer signage and suggest ways to improve engagement and retention.
Customer service
- Answer questions about products and services and introduce products using product knowledge.
- Resolve complaints promptly, provide suitable solutions, follow up, and escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Communicate with customers by email and provide investigation feedback within three hours.
- Prepare standard response scripts, conduct monthly satisfaction surveys, and produce periodic reports.
- Suggest ways to improve customer satisfaction and internal procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- The posting seeks an individual with a passion for customer service and digital marketing.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 3,500 per month.
