Bvlgari seeks a Mandarin-speaking High-End Private Client Relationship Associate Manager.
Client Portfolio and Relationships
- Develop and manage a top-client portfolio using data analysis with local and regional teams.
- Build trust-based relationships and deliver personalized experiences before, during, and after sales.
- Grow client retention and engagement, and identify and convert new high-potential prospects.
- Use CRM tools for accurate client data and coordinated engagement.
- Engage clients through stores, pop-ups, events, and third-party venues.
- Work with corporate, subsidiary, and store stakeholders on engagement initiatives.
- Share feedback, best practices, and training needs; continually build luxury, art, and culture knowledge.
High-End Sales and Experience
- Contribute to high-end sales objectives and lead client journeys from invitation and storytelling through negotiation and deal closure.
- Coordinate internal teams and provide seamless post-sale logistics, customs, administrative follow-up, and after-sales support.
- Use digital tools such as live streaming, remote sales, and augmented reality to enhance client experiences.
- Provide feedback on assortment, tools, processes, and client experience improvements.

- Mandarin-speaking candidate with strong clienteling, relationship-building, networking, and prospecting abilities.
- Demonstrate social intelligence, etiquette, persistence, adaptability, and confidence engaging influential clients.
- Use CRM tools effectively and apply a strategic, structured approach to identifying and prioritizing contacts.
- Bring business acumen, leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and a results-driven approach.
- Build knowledge of luxury, art, and culture to offer clients valuable insights.
