Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with construction work, including blockwork, plastering, concrete work, basic installation support, and other tasks as directed.
• Transport, load, unload, arrange, and store materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries.
• Prepare cement, mortar, and other materials according to instructions; support site preparation and equipment movement.
• Clean work areas, remove debris, protect completed work, and maintain site housekeeping.
• Report damaged tools, material shortages, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Candidate requirements

• Must be physically fit and capable of manual work, including lifting, carrying, standing, and bending.
• Must be able to understand and follow instructions and work with a team supporting different trades.
• Basic education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Construction or villa project experience, basic construction-material and tool knowledge, and UAE site experience are advantageous; freshers willing to learn may apply.

Skills and safety

• Relevant skills include material handling, basic construction support, cement and mortar mixing, tool handling, housekeeping, teamwork, communication, and time management.
• Wear required PPE, including safety helmets, safety shoes, and gloves; follow site safety instructions and attend toolbox talks as required.
• Keep access routes clear, use tools only as instructed and authorized, avoid restricted or hazardous areas without permission, and report accidents and hazards immediately.

Pay

• Pay is AED 1,400–1,800 per month.

Working conditions

• Full-time work at villa construction sites, indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work is physically demanding and may involve overtime depending on project schedules.
