Supervise and manage residential villa construction from site preparation through final handover.
Ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, project teams, and MEP services.
- Monitor progress, manpower, material usage, productivity, and schedule.
- Review drawings, specifications, quantities, and material requirements; identify and resolve site discrepancies.
- Conduct inspections, obtain approvals, enforce quality and HSE requirements, and prepare reports and inspection requests.
- Assist with quantity estimates, material take-offs, and cost control; follow through on snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning coordination, and handover.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant residential building or villa construction experience.
- Experience with reinforced concrete structures, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, site execution, quality control, safety, and inspection procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.
- UAE construction practices and authority requirements are preferred.
Required skills
- Site supervision and construction management.
- Technical drawing interpretation, QA/QC, subcontractor and manpower coordination.
- Progress monitoring and reporting, material and quantity estimation, problem-solving, and health and safety compliance.
Pay
- AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
