Purpose of role
Ensure efficient warehouse and/or chiller operations and support production by completing preparation tasks for a smooth workflow.
Warehouse and chiller operations
- Keep warehouse and/or chillers clean and organized.
- Oversee inventory and care for and maintain flower stock.
- Tidy warehouse shelves regularly so stock stays clean, organized, and easy to retrieve.
- Attend staff meetings and share ideas for process improvement or waste reduction.
Florist support and development
- Clean and cut flowers and prepare foam for florists.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional development and arrange appraisals with the line manager.
Education, skills, and experience
- High school education.
- Basic English and ability to communicate.
- Experience in a similar role.
Employment and work location
- Job type: Full-time, permanent.
- Pay: Up to AED 2,200 per month.
- Work location: In person.
