About This Role
Overview
Shelter Facility Management Services is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk / CAFM Operator to join our growing team.
If you have experience in help desk operations, customer support, and CAFM systems within Facility Management environments, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming client calls and service requests
- Log and track job orders and service tickets through CAFM systems
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams for timely service delivery
- Monitor work order status and ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on service requests
- Support efficient communication between clients and operational teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in Help Desk, Call Center, or Facility Management support environment
- Hands-on experience with CAFM systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple service requests
- Familiarity with Facility Management operations is an advantage
