Support the HSE Manager in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring HSE systems across the joinery factory, civil, MEP, and other contracting activities.

Systems, inspections, and compliance
- Conduct and review risk assessments, method statements, and task-specific procedures for factory, construction, civil, MEP, and joinery work.
- Review HSE plans, inspection reports, permits, NCRs, and other HSE documentation; check contractor submissions and project records.
- Conduct factory and site inspections, audits, and safety walks; identify hazards and follow up corrective actions.
- Monitor personnel and contractors for compliance; manage NCRs, observations, corrective actions, permits, NOCs, inspections, and approvals.
Factory and emergency safety
- Monitor joinery machinery, woodworking, chemical and paint storage, hot work, electrical work, lifting, and other high-risk activities.
- Check equipment maintenance, statutory inspections, guarding, safe operating conditions, material handling, storage, and housekeeping.
- Ensure Dubai Civil Defence fire-safety requirements and periodic maintenance of fire and life-safety systems are met.
- Coordinate fire and emergency drills and evacuation exercises, record findings, and track corrective actions.
Training and incident management
- Conduct safety inductions, training, and awareness programs for workers, supervisors, and staff.
- Support accident and incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Required qualification
- Must hold at least one of the following: bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering; or Diploma in Safety and Fire Engineering or equivalent.
