Overview

  • Head of Talent Acquisition – FinTech (Dubai) | Exclusive to eMagine | AED 55,000–60,000/month
  • We’re exclusively partnered with a high-growth FinTech operating across Asia and Europe, now scaling its Dubai hub.
  • This is a senior, hands-on leadership hire to build and lead Talent Acquisition across multiple markets, with Dubai as the centre of gravity.

  • What you’ll own
  • Build and lead the TA function for Dubai and international hiring across Asia + Europe
  • Partner directly with C-level and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
  • Design scalable hiring processes: sourcing strategy, assessment, interview design, offer governance, onboarding handover
  • Develop a high-performance TA team (in-house + agencies), with clear KPIs and delivery cadence
  • Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience in a competitive FinTech market
  • Drive data-led recruitment: funnel health, time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source performance, conversion rates
  • Ensure compliant hiring practices across jurisdictions (UAE + international markets)
  • What they’re looking for
  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment (FinTech, tech, digital, high-growth preferred)
  • Track record hiring across multiple countries/regions (Asia and/or Europe exposure is key)
  • Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership; confident challenging and advising
  • Deep sourcing capability for hard-to-find talent (product, engineering, data, commercial, risk/compliance, etc.)
  • Process builder mindset: structured, metrics-driven, and able to scale without adding friction
  • Dubai/UAE market knowledge is a strong advantage

Package

  • AED 55,000–60,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Exclusive mandate managed by eMagine Solutions

  • Strong sourcing capability for specialist roles (tech/product/data + commercial + GRC/risk/compliance)
  • Hiring process design: structured interviews, scorecards, assessment, offer governance, onboarding handover
  • Recruitment analytics: funnel conversion, time-to-hire, source performance, quality-of-hire
  • Team leadership: hiring, coaching, performance management, clear delivery cadence
  • Employer brand + candidate experience improvement in competitive markets
  • Compliance awareness across jurisdictions (UAE + international), including data/privacy basics

Nice-to-haves

  • FinTech or regulated industry background (payments, lending, crypto, banking, insurance, etc.)
  • Experience building TA from scratch in a new hub/region (Dubai launch/scale)
  • Exposure to TA tech stack implementation (ATS, CRM, assessment tools, reporting dashboards)
  • Strong network across Dubai + key Asia/Europe talent markets
