We're seeking an experienced
Head Of Social Media
to lead and elevate social media as a strategic discipline within a leading integrated communications agency.
This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing social media strategies across a diverse client portfolio, leading senior client relationships, mentoring a high-performing team, and driving innovation across the Saudi market.
You'll work closely with creative, strategy, media, data, and account teams to deliver culturally relevant, insight-led social campaigns that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media strategy across multiple client accounts.
- Act as the senior advisor on social strategy and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing social media team.
- Oversee content strategy, governance, reporting, and performance.
- Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts within Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Extensive agency experience in a senior social media leadership role.
- **Arabic - reading, writing, speaking (mandatory).**
- Proven success leading social strategy for multiple clients.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi social media landscape and key platforms.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social reporting and performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
