🚨Finance Lawyer – Associate
📍 Dubai
We're currently partnered with a leading international law firm seeking a Finance Associate to join their Dubai office.
This opportunity will suit an England & Wales qualified Banking & Finance lawyer looking to join a highly regarded practice advising on domestic and cross-border financing transactions across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on general corporate lending transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation
- Supporting transactions from structuring through to completion
- Conducting due diligence and assisting with deal execution
- Advising lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates
- Working on complex domestic and cross-border financing matters across a range of sectors
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 4 years' PQE within Banking & Finance
- Strong experience advising on general corporate lending transactions
- Experience acting for lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates
- Experience gained within a reputable international law firm
