is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Facilities And Admin Coordinator
to manage the daily operational support for their Dubai residential compound.
The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth living and working environment for staff by overseeing accommodation, catering, meetings, and transportation logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics for the Dubai residential compound, including accommodation arrangements, catering services, and facility maintenance.
- Organize and coordinate internal meetings, conferences, and related logistical support (venue setup, equipment, materials).
- Manage the scheduling, maintenance, and usage of company vehicles to ensure efficient transport services.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and local service providers (landlords, catering companies, transport vendors).
- Monitor service quality and respond promptly to residents' requests and feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:**
- College diploma or above.
- Major in Administration or related fields is preferred.
- Mandarin or Chinese speaking language will be highly preferred; proficient in written and spoken English.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; prior overseas work experience is highly preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to new environments.
- Outgoing, optimistic personality with a strong sense of service.
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
