Project leadership and delivery
- Lead the Projects Department and manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Engineers.
- Oversee multiple projects from planning through completion and deliver them on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Monitor progress, budgets, manpower, resources, and schedules; review risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, production, procurement, internal departments, and site and factory teams.
- Handle client meetings, project reviews, and senior-level negotiations.
- Set project-management standards, processes, and reporting systems and report performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
Mandatory requirements
- Requires at least 15 years of relevant experience and strong joinery or interior fit-out project experience.
- Requires current experience as a Senior Project Manager, Projects Director, Head of Projects, or equivalent senior leader.
- Requires experience managing project managers, project engineers, and site engineers and handling multiple projects at once.
- Requires a valid UAE driving licence and strong leadership, communication, planning, and project-management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- A Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
- UAE or GCC experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000–25,000 per month, described as competitive based on experience and qualifications.
