Project Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage joinery and interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Plan schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, production, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, costs, and timelines; ensure delivery matches approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate factory and production work for timely manufacturing and delivery.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Manage project teams, costs, profitability, safety, quality, and company-standard compliance.
• Prepare regular progress reports and handle multiple projects and priorities.

Mandatory requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong joinery experience and high-rise building project experience are mandatory.
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out, furniture, or joinery projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, costing, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

Compensation

• Salary starts at AED 15,500 per month; the posting also lists pay of AED 14,500–17,500 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• Employment visa and company benefits are offered as per UAE Labour Law.
