Role overview
Oversee factory production, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality bespoke joinery products.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
- Monitor productivity, reduce wastage, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, and QA/QC teams.
- Ensure safe working practices and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in joinery manufacturing is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Wood Technology, or Furniture Technology.
- Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery production processes, woodworking machinery, CNC operations, production planning, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on schedule.
Preferred candidates
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates on visit or cancelled visas are encouraged to apply.
- Home-country experience will also be considered.
Compensation
- The posting gives AED 8,000+ based on experience and also lists AED 10,000–12,500 per month.
