What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading product strategy and delivery within FinTech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience building or integrating AI-powered products.
- Track record of taking digital products from concept through to launch and scale.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.
- Ability to work closely with engineering, data science, and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset, with experience driving product growth, customer experience, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, innovation, and growth for the FinTech.
- Build or integrate AI-powered products.
- Take digital products from concept through to launch and scale.
