Head Of Process Excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement SOPs across all business functions
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with department managers to standardize operations
• Support business scalability through effective process management
• Develop reporting frameworks and performance dashboards
• Ensure operational consistency across multiple branches

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, operational management, or business excellence
• Proven experience within the
• Rent a Car industry in the UAE

• Strong track record of designing and implementing SOPs and KPI systems
• Experience supporting multi-branch operations and organizational scaling
• Familiarity with audit processes and operational compliance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives
