An established interiors and property improvement business is seeking an experienced operations leader.
The role oversees project delivery, quality, and team performance and reports to the General Manager.
Lead projects from contract award through final handover, on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
Responsibilities
- Own schedules, budgets, and margins across active projects.
- Lead and develop designers, architects, project managers, site supervisors, and specialist teams.
- Verify progress against contract milestones to support accurate client invoicing.
- Work with Accounting to keep client payments on schedule.
- Address quality inspection findings and manage snagging through final handover.
- Resolve delivery issues and maintain client relationships.
- Report weekly on progress, cost variances, payment status, and client concerns.
Candidate requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in UAE fit-out or interior contracting.
- At least five years of experience leading project management and design teams.
- Strong commercial judgement and a disciplined approach to quality.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
