CRM & Retention Manager role with an established sportswear and lifestyle brand expanding its digital commerce team in Dubai.
Own customer engagement and retention across France and international markets, using Klaviyo to grow repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the CRM calendar across newsletters, launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales events.
- Build and optimize Klaviyo welcome, abandoned-cart, browse, post-purchase, win-back, and back-in-stock flows.
- Develop customer segments based on purchase behavior, value, category, and country.
- Improve subscriber acquisition, database quality, consent management, and deliverability.
- Run A/B tests across content, subject lines, timing, and offers.
- Track CRM revenue contribution, engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
- Coordinate activity with merchandising, content, and paid media teams.
- Use generative AI to support content testing, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
Essential requirements
- At least three years of CRM, email marketing, or retention experience within B2C eCommerce.
- Proven hands-on Klaviyo expertise, including flows, segmentation, templates, and reporting.
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and evidence of improving campaign or retention performance.
- Practical experience using generative AI in marketing workflows.
Advantageous experience
- Shopify, international eCommerce, fashion or sportswear, basic HTML, and GDPR requirements are advantageous.
Location
- The position is based in Dubai; candidates outside the UAE may apply if interested in relocating.
