Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional programmes across business, technology, operations, and organizational transformation.
- Advise senior management and work with executive leadership to deliver strategic initiatives supporting international growth.
- Lead banking integration and transformation programmes and support international expansion and market integration.
Candidate profile
- 12+ years in management consulting, transformation, technology or corporate strategy, integration, or large-scale programme delivery.
- Proven leadership of large-scale post-merger integrations and enterprise transformation programmes.
- Significant experience managing international programmes across multiple geographies.
- International market exposure; India market knowledge is a must.
- Experience in technology-enabled transformation and digital modernization.
- Direct engagement with C-suite, EXCO, and senior regulators.
- Ability to lead large teams and influence senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.
- Tier-1 strategy consulting background.
- Experience in banking, financial services, FinTech, or financial infrastructure.
- Experience leading banking integration and transformation programmes and supporting international expansion and market integration.
