The Clinic Manager oversees daily clinic operations, service delivery, staff coordination, and compliance with company policies, DOH regulations, and university requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and uniform compliance, and coordinate transportation arrangements.
- Ensure clinic readiness, cleanliness, and availability of supplies.
- Coordinate clinical and administrative teams and communicate with university representatives and company management.
- Monitor service quality, address operational concerns, maintain accurate records, and promptly escalate incidents and staffing issues.
