Overview
Working on two senior hires for a bank in the Middle East as they build out their security and risk leadership structure.
Looking to speak with people who have a background in one of the following areas:
Information Security leadership, someone who can lead and run a security function, comfortable operating in a second-line governance and risk oversight environment as well as understanding the operational picture.
Technology Risk, second-line oversight of technology and cyber risk, strong on governance and frameworks, able to engage credibly with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Both roles suit candidates already based in the region or open to relocation.
Financial services background preferred.
These are close-knit, relationship-driven environments where management style and cultural fit carry real weight.
