With operations spanning multiple countries and a technically-led workforce, the organisation is focused on establishing structure, alignment, and scalable growth post-transaction.
Job Description
- Establish and lead the integration office / PMO
- Drive programme governance and structure across workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies
- Identify interdependencies and manage integration risks
- Develop and execute 30, 60, 90-day integration plans
- Provide oversight, QA and challenge to functional outputs
- Lead communication and alignment with senior stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years in integration, transformation or programme roles
- Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be available to start within 2 weeks.
- Strong experience in cross-functional, multi-country delivery
- Proven stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Exposure to M&A or post-acquisition integration environments
- Consulting or transformation background preferred
- Adaptable, structured and effective in ambiguous settings
