About the Company
Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to join its expanding risk leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies, and governance across the organisation
- Lead risk governance activities including risk appetite, taxonomy, and escalation frameworks
- Oversee ICAAP processes including stress testing, capital planning, and regulatory submissions
- Provide oversight of market risk in partnership with Treasury and second line functions, including monitoring and reporting
- Deliver enterprise risk reporting to senior management and governance committees, including emerging and thematic risk insights
- Manage RCSAs and KRIs across the organisation to ensure effective risk identification and monitoring
- Support operational resilience, regulatory engagement, and embedding of risk culture across the business
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise, operational, or market risk within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks, ICAAP, market risk, RCSAs, KRIs, and risk governance structures
- Experience presenting to senior governance committees and regulators
- Proven ability to embed risk frameworks in fast-paced or growing organisations
- Strong stakeholder management across risk, finance, treasury, and business functions
- FRM, PRM, CFA, or equivalent risk qualifications preferred
