Overview
- Lead the design department and manage the end-to-end design process from concept to construction
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning for
- high-rise residential apartments and common areas
- Review, approve, and coordinate all architectural and interior design drawings, details, and specifications
- Provide design development and material selection for all
PC (Prime Cost) & PS (Provisional Sum)

- Ensure full compliance with
- Dubai authority regulations
(DM, DDA, Civil Defence, etc.)
- Coordinate with consultants, project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure design solutions are technically feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with construction methodologies
- Monitor design deliverables to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the design team
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments
- Support tendering, pre-contract, and value engineering stages with design inputs
