Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare detailed project baseline programs using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop project schedules, manpower histograms, resource plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Establish project milestones and monitor critical paths.
- Prepare look-ahead programs (weekly/monthly) for site execution teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
Project Monitoring & Control
- Track project performance, delays, and productivity.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery programs when required.
- Identify risks affecting project timelines and propose mitigation measures.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Ensure project execution aligns with planned targets and milestones.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Technical, and Commercial teams.
- Liaise with consultants and clients regarding project schedules and approvals.
- Attend project review meetings and provide planning updates.
- Support management with strategic project planning decisions.
Resource & Cost Planning
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material planning.
- Coordinate with procurement for material delivery schedules.
- Support commercial and finance teams with project cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources for project efficiency.
Claims & Documentation
- Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation.
- Maintain planning records, project trackers, and delay registers.
- Assist in preparation of project reports for management and clients.
- Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per hour
