- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support via calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless customer transactions and timely issue resolution
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, or a similar role (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
