Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is highly skilled in headhunting, strategic sourcing, and talent mapping.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of identifying top talent across various functions while working collaboratively with the team.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Expertise in headhunting and strategic sourcing
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Ability to source candidates through multiple platforms and networking channels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to Real Estate / Construction industry recruitment
- UAE recruitment experience
- Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
