A fast-growing, digital-first company in the UAE is looking for a Head of Digital Acquisition to drive customer growth and digital revenue. This role leads acquisition strategy, performance marketing, and overall ROI.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute digital acquisition strategy
- Drive customer growth and optimize the full funnel
- Lead performance marketing across key channels (SEO, SEM, Paid, CRM, Affiliates)
- Build partnerships within fintech and tech ecosystems
- Improve CAC, conversions, and marketing efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years in digital or growth marketing
- Experience in fintech, banking, or digital-led businesses preferred
- Strong track record in scaling acquisition and managing budgets
- Data-driven with a focus on performance and ROI
