- Group Head of Performance \| UAE
- A leading lifestyle and real estate developer is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to drive integrated growth, customer acquisition and digital performance across multiple business units and markets.
- This role will oversee the full performance ecosystem across paid media, CRM, digital platforms, conversion optimisation, attribution and customer journey management.
- The position requires someone who can connect brand, demand generation, data and commercial performance to deliver measurable business impact and scalable growth.
- Key areas include:
- Integrated media strategy across search, social, video, programmatic and OOH
- Lead generation and conversion optimisation
- CRM, automation and audience segmentation
- Attribution, analytics and performance reporting
- Website optimisation and digital customer journeys
- Agency management and cross-functional leadership
- AI-enabled marketing and performance innovation
- We are looking for candidates with strong regional or international experience leading large-scale performance marketing functions, ideally within real estate, hospitality, retail, lifestyle or other consumer-driven sectors.
