Overview
Talal Group is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Administration to lead and centralize our administration operations across multiple business functions.
The role requires a strong leader who can drive operational excellence, cost control, compliance, vendor management, and service efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead and manage the centralized Administration Department.**
- **Oversee Facilities, Fleet, Property, Insurance, Contracts, Accommodation, Compliance, Telecom, Safety, and Vendor Management.**
- **Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and process improvement across all administrative functions.**
- **Manage vendor performance, negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.**
- **Establish KPIs, service standards, and turnaround time monitoring.**
- **Ensure regulatory, legal, and safety compliance across operations.**
- **Control budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and identify savings opportunities.**
- **Build and lead a high-performing administration team.**
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.**
- **8–15 years of administration / operations leadership experience.**
- **Strong background in facility, fleet, contracts, vendor, and compliance management.**
- **Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.**
- **Experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations is preferred.**
