A construction company in Riyadh is seeking a Head of Accounts to lead its accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting.
The role involves strategic coordination across departments and supporting the company's financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting team and guide the execution of financial operations.
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Review financial data to identify trends and improve operations, profitability, and efficiency.
- Coordinate financial operations with other departments and company objectives.
- Develop accounting policies and procedures to support compliance with local and international regulations.
- Advise senior management on investments and budgets.
- Manage internal and external audits and safeguard financial data integrity.
- Train team members and improve their accounting skills.
- Evaluate and enhance accounting systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
