Head Barista And Foh Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve speciality coffee, matcha, cold drinks and other beverages to recipe standards.
• Maintain espresso calibration, grinder settings and drink quality throughout the day.
• Train and support baristas and runners on drinks, workflow and service standards.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including machine cleaning and restocking.
• Monitor beverage stock, wastage, expiry dates and daily prep levels.
• Support customer service and assist with resolving minor service issues.
• Complete FSMS records when required, including cleaning, temperature and stock checks.
• Follow all hygiene, fire, health and safety procedures at all times.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a speciality coffee barista.
• Previous experience as a senior barista, trainer or FOH lead preferred.
• Strong espresso, milk texturing, drink recipe and café workflow knowledge.
• PIC Level 3 required or must be completed before starting / during onboarding.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary from AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience.

• Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE labour requirements.

Additional Requirements

• Must already be based in the UAE.
• Must be able to commute independently and organise own accommodation.
• Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
