Barista And Foh
The Barista / FOH team member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing drinks and supporting the smooth daily operation of the coffee shop.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills and confidence working in a small, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve speciality coffee, matcha, cold drinks and simple food items.
- Operate the POS system accurately and process orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, counter and customer areas.
- Support stock rotation, restocking, expiry checks and basic inventory tasks.
- Complete cleaning, temperature and hygiene checks when assigned.
- Follow brand recipes, service standards and food safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks when scheduled.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista or FOH team member.
- Speciality coffee experience preferred.
- POS experience and good spoken English required.
- Basic Food Safety training required or must be completed during onboarding.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary from AED 2,250 per month, depending on experience.
- Company employment visa and health insurance provided.
- Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE labour requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Must already be based in the UAE.
- Must be able to commute independently and organise own accommodation.
- Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Start date: September/October 2026
Location: Mushrif Park
Pay: From AED2,250.00 per month
