Hair Stylist
About This Role
- Perform men’s hair cutting, trimming, fading, shaving, and styling services.
- Provide beard trimming, shaping, shaving, and grooming treatments.
- Carry out hair wash, blow-dry, straightening, and finishing styles.
- Provide hair coloring, highlights, grey coverage, and treatment services as required.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on client preference, face shape, and hair type.
- Perform scalp treatments, hair spa, dandruff treatment, and hair care services.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of barber tools, chairs, mirrors, and workstations.
- Sterilize scissors, razors, clippers, combs, and grooming equipment after each use.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, walk-in clients, and service timing efficiently.
- Promote salon grooming products and recommend aftercare items.
- Maintain stock of grooming products, blades, towels, and salon supplies.
- Keep updated with latest men’s haircut trends, fades, beard styles, and grooming techniques.
- Follow salon policies, health, safety, and grooming standards.
- Build regular clientele through professional and friendly service.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when required.
- Maintain personal grooming and neat professional appearance at all times.
- Coordinate with reception staff and salon manager for daily operations.
- Achieve service and retail sales targets if assigned.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
