Hair Stylist
About This Role
- Perform hair cutting, trimming, layering, and styling services for ladies clients.
- Provide hair coloring, highlights, balayage, root touch-up, and chemical treatments.
- Carry out hair washing, blow-dry, ironing, curling, and finishing styles.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on face shape, hair type, and client preference.
- Provide hair spa, deep conditioning, keratin, rebonding, smoothing, and treatment services.
- Consult clients regarding hair care, trends, and maintenance advice.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of tools and workstations.
- Sterilize combs, brushes, scissors, and salon equipment after each use.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
- Handle appointments, walk-in clients, and service timing efficiently.
- Promote salon products and recommend hair care items to clients.
- Maintain stock of hair products, colors, and salon supplies.
- Keep updated with latest ladies hair trends, techniques, and fashion styles.
- Follow salon policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
- Build repeat clientele through excellent service quality.
- Coordinate with beauticians, reception staff, and salon manager.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues when required.
- Achieve individual service and sales targets if assigned.
- Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,750.00 per month
Work Location: In person
