Shift Coordinator

Overview

• Coordinate and supervise all shift operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate manpower and assign duties as per daily operational requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline during the shift.
• Ensure proper shift handover between outgoing and incoming teams.
• Track productivity and ensure shift targets are achieved.
• Supervise workers, operators, helpers, and support staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to employees during shift hours.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and organized work areas.
• Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Prepare daily shift reports, attendance records, and task status updates.
• Maintain logs, checklists, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance, transport, stores, HR, and other departments.
• Ensure machinery, equipment, or tools are available and functioning.
• Handle urgent requests and emergency situations during the shift.
• Monitor quality standards and customer service levels where applicable.
• Support management in implementing new procedures and improvements.
• Motivate staff to maintain teamwork and productivity.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
