About This Role
Overview
- Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using appropriate surveying equipment.
- Operate total station, GPS, auto level, dumpy level, and other survey instruments.
- Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference markers at project sites.
- Measure distances, angles, elevations, and site levels accurately.
- Prepare survey reports, maps, sketches, and drawings.
- Verify land boundaries, plot dimensions, and site coordinates.
- Set out locations for roads, buildings, utilities, and structures as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for survey requirements.
- Check alignment, levels, and positions during construction activities.
- Monitor earthworks, excavation, grading, and filling levels.
- Maintain survey records, calculations, and field notes.
- Ensure accuracy of survey data and report discrepancies immediately.
- Calibrate and maintain surveying instruments in good condition.
- Review site plans, design drawings, and project specifications.
- Assist in quantity measurements and progress verification when required.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety procedures, and regulations.
- Identify site obstacles or boundary issues and report to management.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and final survey documentation.
- Work in coordination with subcontractors and external survey teams if required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
