Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Female Arab Gym Receptionist to join our fitness center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth front desk operations, and a welcoming gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle front desk operations including check-in and membership registration
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Manage membership renewals, payments, and billing support
• Maintain and update member records and database
• Schedule appointments, personal training sessions, and class bookings
• Assist in promoting gym memberships and ongoing offers
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate with trainers and management for daily operations
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• Female Arab nationality
• Previous experience as a receptionist in Gym.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Presentable, confident, and professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems, POS systems)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fitness industry or gym environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of membership software or CRM systems
• Sales experience in memberships or services is a plus

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Gym Receptionist in UAE: 3 years (Required)
