**Job Vacancy:** Call Center Agent (Arabic Lady) – Maintenance Department

**Location:** to be Assigned in Sharjah - Head Office

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused **Arabic Lady Call Center Agent** to join our Maintenance Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintenance requests, service coordination, and follow-ups while ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming calls related to maintenance requests and service inquiries.
  • Register, log, and track maintenance complaints and work orders.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisors regarding service schedules.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure maintenance issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels professionally.
  • Escalate urgent maintenance issues to the concerned department.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on maintenance requests and completed jobs.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Female Arabic national or Arabic-speaking candidate.
  • Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in a call center, customer service, or maintenance coordination role.
  • Experience in property management, facilities management, or maintenance services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations and service coordination is an advantage.
