The Guest Services Host – Telecommunications supports front-of-house operations and communication at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences.
The role serves visitors, clients, and partners with professional, warm, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, support smooth check-in, and make a positive first impression.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services and internal processes.
- Coordinate with telecommunications teams and internal support departments to meet visitor needs.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and communication requests professionally and courteously.
- Keep reception and guest areas organized, presentable, and guest-ready.
- Support administrative duties and customer-service tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous guest-services, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems.
