Guest Services Associate - Front Desk Agent in the Rooms/Front Office department at Rosewood Jeddah.

Duties and responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs; welcome guests and address them by name.
- Review handover information, reservations, and arrivals; prepare keys and registration forms.
- Coordinate room blocking and in-room check-in arrangements with Housekeeping and Butler teams.
- Handle reception check-ins and check-outs, verify guest identity, and enter required guest data.
- Apply eligible corporate rates and hotel policies for walk-in guests and late charges; reconfirm departure dates.
- Clarify payment methods, manage the cashier float, maintain posting records, and balance the cashier at shift end.
- Take reservations when the Reservations department is busy or unavailable.
- Pass guest feedback to the Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
- Complete shift handovers and checklists on time and follow SOPs for postings.
- Protect guest privacy, maintain hotel standards, and cooperate with Rooms Department colleagues.
