Novotel Sydney Parramatta is hiring Guest Service Agents to support guest experiences from arrival through departure.
The role is described as onsite, permanent, part-time, and entry level.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles using the hotel system.
- Maintain accurate records and handle guest information confidentially.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Follow guest service standards, policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- A proactive, responsible, adaptable attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
- Professional personal presentation and grooming.
