Guest Relations Responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage the reservation list, and seat guests according to availability and preferences.
- Handle phone, email, and walk-in bookings, including waiting lists and estimated wait times.
- Recognize returning guests and record preferences, allergies, and special occasions.
- Check on tables, resolve complaints where possible, and escalate issues when needed.
- Collect feedback and encourage reviews where appropriate.
- Coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, cakes, decorations, and VIP arrangements.
- Farewell guests and invite them to return.
Service Responsibilities
- Present menus, explain dishes and ingredients, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks according to the venue’s service sequence and standards.
- Refill water, clear plates, monitor tables, and anticipate guest needs.
- Communicate with the kitchen and bar about timing, modifications, and allergies.
- Prepare sections before service and reset tables after guests leave.
- Handle billing, payments, and cash accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the floor and service stations.
- Support colleagues during peak hours and assist with closing duties.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional appearance and calm manner under pressure.
- Good spoken English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS and reservation systems such as OpenTable, SevenRooms, or similar tools.
- Food safety or food handler certification, or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to stand and walk for long shifts and carry trays safely.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.

- Work is performed in person.
