GuestReady is seeking a Guest Excellence Intern - Operations to support daily vacation rental operations.

The role provides hands-on exposure to short-term rental operations, guest experience, and back-office coordination.

The intern will work with operations and support teams to keep properties guest-ready, schedules on track, and communication flowing smoothly.

Assist with operations-related tickets, including issue tracking, resolution, and escalation.
Communicate with guests to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
Follow up on operational tasks for timely completion.
Provide documentation, reporting, and data-entry support.
Support operational projects from planning through execution.
Collaborate with internal and external operational teams.
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and guest service processes.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Business, Operations, or a similar program.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency with email, dashboards, and task management tools.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks.
