The role
Own a portfolio of property owners in Dubai, including their relationship with GuestReady, property performance and long-term retention.
Work with Operations, Guest Experience, Revenue Management and Finance, and support Owner Success Associates as the team grows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of property owners as their main contact and trusted advisor.
- Monitor occupancy, bookings and revenue; explain trends and agree actions to improve results.
- Identify retention risks, lead difficult conversations and spot opportunities to add properties or services.
- Resolve complex owner issues and complaints by coordinating across teams.
- Share regular performance updates and owner reviews; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Guide Owner Success Associates and help improve portfolio management in the UAE.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years' experience in account management, customer success or client relationship management, managing a client portfolio.
- Able to build trust and handle difficult conversations; commercially minded and comfortable with numbers.
- Organized, able to manage competing priorities, proactive and accountable.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets and digital systems; fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, real estate or property management.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and holiday-home regulations (DTCM).
- Arabic; experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
